Booking acceptance terms:
Payment: A deposit of 30% is requested and this should be paid within 10 days to confirm your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the first day of your stay.
Cancellation: If for any reason you have to cancel, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to an alternative date. Alternatively, we will refund your deposit if we are able to re-sell the booking.
Additional Charges: Additional charges and any breakages must be paid on the last day of your stay.
Insurance: We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover late cancellation, loss or damage to personal property and personal accident.
